Meditation Quote 32: “Breathing in, I calm body and mind. Breathing out, I smile. Dwelling in the present moment I know this is the only moment.” – Thich Nhat Hanh

Breathe in… calm. Breathe out… smile. This quote really doesn’t need any more explanation. How about acting on it’s inspiration instead?

A habit of regular meditation can bring great benefits, but it’s up to you to both cultivate that habit and notice the benefits.

Sometimes the wonders of meditation can be subtle, and some deliberate mindfulness and gratitude can go a long way.

While a smile can be contagious, not everyone will immediately smile back if you send them a smile. Your mind, your body, the moment… they might all be smiling to you – you just need to notice it, appreciate it, and smile back.
