Meditation Quote 66: “Nature does not hurry, yet everything is accomplished.” – Lao Tzu

When you are super stressed, do you sometimes feel like you get nothing done. Yet when you are “in the zone” or “in the flow”, and act in a state of calm focus – free from hurry – you get a lot done in a short amount of time.

Looking to nature, we see that this state of no hurry seems to be the default, and everything that needs to be done is done.

Seasons change, weather appear out of nowhere, flowers bloom, and leaves wither – yet there was no panic meetings involved, no pushy sales presentations, or any last-minute changes.

Nature has the ability to teach us valuable lessons like this, and gladly shares her wisdom. All we have to do is sit down, observe and listen.

Perhaps your next meditation session should be outside, in nature?
