Sitting in nature and listening to her sounds can be a powerful thing. Studies show that being in nature can lower your blood pressure, fight off depression, beat back stress (source). So why not incorporate it into our daily meditation?
If you want nature sounds the best would be to just sit in nature and listen, but sometimes that luxury is not within instant reach.
