Gassho Position Guided Meditation

Ever heard about the Gassho position?

The name derives from the teachings of Reiki healing teacher Dr. Usui, but despite the Reiki background it is less mysterious than you’d think.

It is basically the same as the common Namaste greeting hand position.

It’s this easy: you put your palms together in front of your chest.

And TADA! Your hands are in the Gassho position.

Below is a short guided meditation which instructs you on how to meditate while focusing on your middle fingers while in the Gassho position.

It is led by an soft, clear and almost hypnotic female voice, is about 9 minutes long, and has a silent period of about 4 minutes.

I really enjoyed it, and hope you will too!
