Ever wanted to create your own guided meditation?
You can. Let me tell you how in just a minute…
Listening to recorded guided meditations can be a great way to meditate. You just have to sit down, close your eyes, and let the voice guide you.
But at other times, and for certain situations, it can be great to do the guiding yourself.
Perhaps you want to memorize a guided meditation and conduct it silently for yourself. Or maybe you want to record it and share with others.
Don’t worry, you don’t even have to write the guided meditation yourself (unless you want to, of course).
Here is a great resource with several guided meditation scripts:
Guided Meditation Script Central
And if you want more, here is a google search with thousands of results:

Create Your Own Guided Meditation
It does not have to be complicated. Just follow these 3 simple steps.
- Find a guided meditation script from one of the resource above, or write your own
- Use your smartphone or a computer, and record yourself reading the guided meditation out loud. Evernote is an example of an app that lets you easily record your voice
- Listen to the recording for your own benefit, or share it with others
Good luck!
