Jazz Meditation Music
Smooth, relaxing, soothing, and soulful…
Oh, the sweet sweet jazz!
For some people, there is nothing more relaxing and meditative than listening to some wonderful jazz. Turn on the stereo, sit down with a cup of coffee and a bagel, and just enjoy!
And for others, jazz doesn’t really provide any relaxation. Improvisational jazz can even be stressful to listen to.
If you like jazz, or have no negative feelings towards it, I suggest you have a listen to this wonderful video below.
It is all original jazz music by David LewisLuong, presented in the form of a 2 hours long YouTube video.
And if you’d like to have the audio version of the music instead, head on over to David LewisLuong’s website.
In my humble opinion, this jazz music is very relaxing and could also work to meditate to. Enjoy!
