The human mind and our ability to think is, according to some, the only thing that separates us from the animals. Yet it is perceived very differently from individual to individual, and while some prefer to leave it all alone others adventure into it’s depths head first.
No matter what approach to the mind you have had in the past, meditation can offer a great way to open up the mind and get more in touch with your inner world.
The mind can be just like a clean mountain spring; free, unpolluted, and delicious. It’s just up to you to unpollute it, and discover it’s inner wonders.
