Who we tell the world that we are, does not always reflect who we are on the inside. Much like peeling an onion, getting to know someone on a deep level can often feel like peeling away layer by layer of defenses and constructed persona. Wouldn’t it be easier to just be the real you?
Meditation can help us relax, stress less, and get to know and trust ourselves enough to be comfortable in our own skin.
As with anything, it takes time and practice – but the beauty is that you can start today, right now!
