Meditation Quote 37: “What lies behind us and what lies ahead of us are tiny matters compared to what lives within us.” – Henry David Thoreau
While this quote can have multiple meanings, I choose to see it as another reminder to seize the moment and dive into it headfirst. While the past is impossible to change, and the future is uncertain, this very moment is definitely yours!
Science continues to discover new ways in which we can benefit from meditation.
From reducing stress, to strengthening your immune system and treating depression, meditation offers you the opportunity to tap into the great powers that lives within you.
I urge you to take this moment and make the most of it!
I am sure that TV show can be recorded, that internet surfing be postponed, and that the dishwasher can wait a little…
