Being present in the moment is hard, and not an ability that’s gained in a blink. Oh wait.. weren’t we all born with this gift?
Don’t children seem to have the amazing ability to be fully and excitedly present in what they do?
Children play as if there is no bigger joy in this world…
Children laugh with their whole being…
Children love unconditionally…
Without a doubt, children can be great sources of joy an inspiration!
While this post was not intended to make you become a child again, I wanted to remind you of your own ability to “be all there” and grab life with both hands laughing.
Next time you meditate, try not to shut any experience out, or force yourself still – just “be all there”, have an open and curious mind, and let go!
“Wherever you are, be all there.”
