Ever felt like the whole world was falling apart, and then later realized that it wasn’t all that bad?
Life can do that to us sometimes, or more precisely – our thoughts can.
You see, your thoughts are only that. Thoughts.
They are not you – they are something which “pops up” in your head, and you’re free to do with them as you like.
You can even ignore them. Crazy right?
Wouldn’t life be a whole lot simpler if it wasn’t for all the thoughts we encounter every day?
What if I told you that you have the power to start that change today, and lead a simple life with less thoughts..
Unbelievable? The secret is that you can do so through the power of meditation.
All you need to start is your breath, a chair, and some “alone time”.
Sit down, close your eyes, and breath..
Pay attention to your breath as it goes into your body —
— and as it leaves your body.
If a thought comes crashing in wanting to interrupt, allow it to be there, acknowledge it, and simple return your focus to your breath.
“Life is really simple, but we insist on making it complicated.”
