Ever tried to explain mindfulness in 3 words?

According to wikipedia, mindfulness can be define like this:
Mindfulness is “the intentional, accepting and non-judgemental focus of one’s attention on the emotions, thoughts and sensations occurring in the present moment”, which can be trained by meditational practices derived from Buddhist anapanasati.
Quite a mouthful.
Kurt Vonnegut has a wonderful quote (with arguably different inspiration), which I think describes mindfulness perfectly:
“So it goes.”

Beautiful, and short!
With that said, I invite you to devote your next meditation session to this quote. Adopt an attitude of “so it goes” and simply observe your mind and surroundings while meditating.
And don’t be tempted to add any judgement, do it non-judgementally.
