TV, internet, smartphones, tv consoles, iPads, facebook, twitter… The list of modern distractions goes on and on. It’s no wonder it’s so hard to sit still in silence these days, let alone meditate. What can we do to combat this?

The answer is beautiful in it’s simplicity: Sit more still, and eliminate distractions.

And isn’t that what meditation is all about?
