As a child, I bet there wasn’t anything you enjoyed more than to play! But for some reason adulthood easily replaces our lust for play with seriousness and work.

We could all do with a bit more playfulness, curiosity and awareness of the here and now.

Unfortunately the journey back does not happen over night, but it helps to practice meditation and awareness.
