Meditation Quote 29: “What we are looking for is what is looking.” – St Francis of Assisi

Have you ever had those moments where you looked yourself in the mirror wondering exactly who what person is, or a self-reflection where you really wondered what lies at your core? The question of “who am I?” is one that has puzzled men since the early beginning, yet you can only find the answer to this question by yourself.

Meditation allows us to explore who the meditator is, in a quest to observe the observer.

This can be a daunting task, and difficult to comprehend at first. As with anything, repeated practice is the best way to get better.

Perhaps this quote can be of some motivation to continue with your meditation, or start fresh today!
