Meditation Quote 33: “Mind is the absence of meditation. The moment meditation arises in you, mind is found nowhere.” – Osho

Our mind can be both our savior and enemy at times. When the mind starts working it’s mumbo jumbo on you, it’s a good sign to shut it up.

A part of learning how to meditate is to focus your attention on a single act, state, or thought – like your breath.

Every time the mind starts to throw thoughts or other mumbo jumbo at you, simply return to focus on your breath and silence the mind.

With practice this becomes easier and “your mind is found nowhere”, as Osho puts it in his quote.

Shut up your mind today, and meditate.

“Mind is the absence of meditation. The moment meditation arises in you, mind is found nowhere.”
– Osho
