Half A Day Of Meditation Music

By on October 5, 2014

I have previously shared long videos with meditation music, but never anything THIS long.

A whole HALF A DAY of meditation music.

It is a variation of music, ranging from pan flute and string instruments to piano and tibetan singing bowls.

This video can be used in several ways:

  • Switch it up by skipping to a random duration. The video consists of different music throughout the 12 hours
  • If you plan to stay home the whole day you can leave this playing in the background
  • Listen to parts of the video in multiple sittings. The music is beautiful and offers for many meditation sittings sessions

As with most meditation music, you can also use it either as relaxation music, background music, to calm down before meditation, or simply enjoy while doing some household chores or other work.

Here is the video with half a day of meditation music:

meditation music, especially if it includes binaural beats or isochronic tones can enhance the meditation experience
