Meditation Goes Mainstream

Yahoo News did an article, just 3 days ago, about how meditation has become mainstream.

Along with the article, there is also a 4 minutes video with some interviews and a positive narrative about the benefits and popularity of meditation and mindfulness.

They interview meditation author Dan Harris about his panic attack on live television, and how meditation helped change his life.

Harris goes on to mention some of the numerous benefits to meditation, like that fact that it can lower your blood pressure, boost your immune system, reduce stress and rewire your brain.

It is wonderful to see that big media outlets do stories on meditation and mindfulness these days. Who would have thought this would happen just 10 years ago?
