Last year, the UCLA Mindful Awareness Research Center released a series of free guided mindfulness meditations and instructions.
And they are all available for free.
I wanted to share this hidden gem of a resource with you, because I love the quality and the focus of these meditations and instructions.
You can both download them, play them in your browser and play them as podcasts on iTunes.
It is a total of 70 minutes of material, spread out over 8 tracks.
A university sharing great content like this follows a trend of educational institutions sharing more and more material with the public for free – and it’s wonderful that the meditation and mindfulness community can also benefit from this.
