Today I want to invite you to join in on a talk about meditation with Eckhart Tolle – in the form of video from the 2014 Wisdom 2.0 conference.
Eckhart Tolle teaches us about meditating on the present moment, and how the present moment is an amazing thing (Eckhart makes a disclaimer himself that it is of course not a “thing”), but usually overlooked.
It is a great 30 minute session, where he elaborates on what he calls “spacious awareness” – and does so with humor, smile and laughter.
These type of videos are very inspiring (in my opinion), and can lead to great discoveries about not just the way you meditate – but also the way you live.
I hope you like it, and would LOVE to hear your thoughts about it!
Do you find it hard (or easy) to meditate on the present moment, and not be preoccupied with worrying about the future or regretting the past?
Tell us all about it in a comment below!
